Alright fellas as most of us are starting to develop those stock standard niggles that are part and parcel of being a bunch of tough nuts, I thought this would be a good chance to spread the word about a sports massage gel that Cat Walker has started sourcing.

It’s called Pink Goop and it works wonders. Most jockeys/riders will buy 1 jar for the horse and 1 for themselves. Like Tom Ahern it’s a cheap but highly effective footballing tool. I’ve been using it on my ribs after Jack Delbridge smashed me and I very rarely cry myself to sleep anymore.

The jar is $30 and it is roughly 500g. As a comparison 120g of Voltarin gel is usually around $25. Bargain!
