Round 9 will play host to the inaugural Danny Delbridge Memorial Trophy Day.

This will become an annual feature within the Kew FC calendar for years to come, with the best player afield in each grade awarded with the Danny Delbridge medal.

This year, all Senior and Reserve grade players will wear a unique charity guernsey in a match against long time rivals, Yarra Valley Old Boys.

At the completion of the Senior game, there will be a function at the club rooms where the jumpers worn by the players that day will be auctioned off to raise funds for MND Australia.

All funds raised will be going to such an important cause that has become close to the Kew Bears Football Clubs heart in recent years.
