With big games next week against West Brunswick in the clubbies and a grand final rematch in the Seniors against St. Mary’s you shouldn’t need any extra motivation to get your body right and gain an edge over your opponent.

Non attendance will result in the whole team being punished at training so don’t let your teammates down.
