First competitive hit out for the year boys make sure you prepare your bodies well as we don’t want to see any injuries.

Ressies match kicks off at 11:00am with players to arrive no later than 10:00am and Seniors match starts at 1:00pm and players are expected to arrive at 11:00am for the start of the ressies to support your teammates.

The game is at Aquinas College, 46 Great Ryrie St, Ringwood. If you haven’t been there before it’s not too hard to find but allow yourself time to get lost.

Gear will supplied for those that have never played and don’t have guernseys etc. Trainers will also be there for strapping and rubs prior to the game.

This is a great chance to get some match fitness under your belt before the season proper against some strong competition so again, prepare well, remember your mouth guard, and get excited!
