The season is long, and it is crucial to take care of our tired bodies so they can see out the full season. We (most of us) aren’t 16 anymore and can’t play 3 or 4 sports like we used to, it’s time to wake up and smell the chlorine… the ice cold chlorine.

So round 1 recovery is on Sunday at the Dammenhayn pool:
